Do I need to use a card?

Yes, a standard-size card is required because it acts as a size reference. We cannot obtain your measurements without it.

Orders submitted without a card will be canceled within 24-48 hours unless photos are resubmitted.

How do I get sized?

Getting sized using our patent-pending technology is as easy as taking picture. Below are a few tips and a quick video to help you complete the process when you sign-up:

  • Card color STANDS OUT on the table (e.g. black card on white table)
  • Be close enough that only your your nails and card are in the photo
  • Be in a well-lit room
  • When taking a picture, hold your phone PARALLEL & CLOSE to your nails so we get your exact measurements.

Why do I need to use a standard-size card?

Having a standard-size card in the photo helps our AI understand the size of your nails in the space that you’re in - no matter how you hold your phone.

How do I resize myself?

Yes! Just go to your profile and select ‘resize’ to update your information.

Note: For new member's first order, if we request a resize and do not receive it within 72 hours your order will be canceled. But don't worry! You can log in to your account to reactivate it and resize to continue.

Why is my screen blank when trying to take a picture?

Not to worry! This can happen if your browser settings do not allow camera access to websites or you did not give us permission to use your camera (e.g. tapping 'Don't Allow'). To fix this:

  1. Clear your browser history
  2. Update your browser settings to grant access (Chrome, Safari, FireFox)
  3. Close and reopen your browser
  4. Login to your Aura account and navigate to your shopping cart to checkout and continue

Make sure you always tap “Allow” on the pop-up when you go through sizing or you will need to repeat this process.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders! Shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days. We know it's not Amazon, so we really appreciate your patience!

We ship from our warehouse in Youngstown, Ohio.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only in the U.S.

How can I track my order?

Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships. If you no longer have access to the email, you can request your tracking information by chatting with us using the link below.

How can I change my shipping address?

You can manage your address for future shipments by accessing the 'View Addresses' link at the bottom of the your Account page - pressing on your displayed name or the profile icon.

What if my order arrived damaged, wrong, or was returned?

My tracking information says my order was delivered but I can’t find it

Occasionally postal carriers get a little confused and our packages will be delivered to a neighbor, a mail center, or a management office. If you look around and are still unable to find your order, just send us a message with chat and we'll make sure you get your product!

How can I change or update my payment information?

Change or update your payment info by accessing the link in your Account details 'Manage Subscriptions' and under the 'Payment Methods' label on the top menu.

When will I be charged every month?

Details for future orders can be found under your Account in the 'Manage Subscriptions' panel under 'Upcoming Orders'.

Can I edit or cancel my order once its been placed?

Orders cannot be canceled or edited once placed.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of nail kits or gift cards, and all sales are FINAL. More details can be found here - including how to contact us should you receive damage or defective products.

What is Aura’s ‘Perfect-Fit Guarantee’?

If you’re not happy with the fit of your nails, we’ll send you a replacement on us! Contact our our support team to learn more.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription anytime by going to your account page, then the 'Manage Subscriptions' panel under 'Subscriptions’. Under subscription detail, you'll find a button for cancelation. .

How do I pause or skip an order?

You can skip an order by going to the 'Manage Subscriptions' panel under 'Subscriptions’ under your account profile. Under subscriptiond detail, you'll see a button for skipping one order. You'll need to do this for every future order you want to skip. Or on the same panel, under 'Upcoming Orders' you can choose to skip the orders you want one by one.

How do I select next months set of nails?

Choosing your next set of press-on nails is quick and easy. Just login to your account and select ‘Choose/Change your next set’ on your account page. From there you will be able to choose from our entire selection of nails for your next order. Your selection will always appear on the main account page along with the date you have to make a choice by. You can change your selection as many times as you’d like until that date.

What happens if I forget to make a selection for the month?

Don’t worry. If you happen to miss a month, we’ll match you with the tips that best fit your style and preferences based on the results of your survey and past order history.

How many subscriptions can I have?

Today we allow 1 subscription per email to create the best experience possible.


What comes in a kit?

Every kit comes with 10 custom-fit nail tips, brush-on glue, a nail file, alcohol prep pad, and cuticle stick for proper application.

How do I apply my tips?

Brush a small amount of glue onto the nail plate (avoiding skin and cuticle) then apply a small amount of glue to the center of the tip. Line up the bottom of the tip straight on your nail near the cuticle and press down for 10 seconds. Repeat till all 10 nails are applied.

How long can I wear my tips?

Nails can be worn for up to 2 weeks with proper application. Note that lifestyle can affect this as well.

How many times can a set be reused?

Our nails are extremely durable, with up to a 2 week wear time. A set can be reused 2-3 times with proper removal.

How do I remove my tips?

Soak your nails in warm soapy water until the nails start to soften, then gently use your stick to lift from the side of the nail. Be patient, you may need to repeat with warm soapy water. Remove any excess glue on the nail plate with polish remover or acetone. You can also remove nails with acetone if you do not plan on reusing the set.

How safe are your products?

Our products are vegan and cruelty free. Our brush on glue is also non-toxic and non-damaging.
